For our dessert tonight I made these yummy Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Cupcakes. I found the recipe on a website called Our Best Bites . You can't see here, but inside these little guys there are gooey Reese's Peanut Butter Cups. It was hard waiting for them to cool so I could frost them. Gavin kept asking if they were ready yet.

Don't they look delicious? Gavin really didn't want to wait for us to have Family Night before eating one of these. Since one decadent frosting just isn't enough...the recipe has you swirl together two kinds. An old fashion chocolate frosting and a smooth peanut butter frosting. My mouth is watering now thinking about how good they tasted together. How can you go wrong with chocolate and peanut butter? Yum Yum!

Here is Gavin after he discovered the chocolate surprise in the middle of his cupcake. He said, "These are the best cupcakes ever Mom." Chloe took two bites of her cupcake and said, "No. I don't think so". She's not a huge cake fan and she really doesn't like chocolate but, she does like peanut butter cups. Don't ask me to explain it. To bad she didn't make it to the middle of her cupcake. Oh, well. The three of us really enjoyed our cupcakes.
