Today we had family over for a Mother's Day brunch. Brayden was an added bonus. Randy and his brother Michael served Monte Cristo sandwiches, fresh strawberries, bananas and orange juice for brunch. It was delicious!

Michael and his son Kasey made these delicious sandwiches for all of us.
There are three slices of French toast, some ham, a slice of Swiss cheese,
some turkey, and a slice of American cheese in each sandwich. You can dust the sandwich with powdered sugar and dip it in strawberry jam or syrup or both. I know the ingredients sound very odd together, but they are absolutely yummy. This is definitely a special occasion meal.
